Texas Supreme Court Justice Paul Green announced his intention to retire from the Texas Supreme Court on August 31, 2020. Intentionally delaying his resignation to avoid a special election is an appalling way to stifle Democracy. Tarrant County 10, Democratic candidates in Tarrant County for district court judge, are asking Texas Republicans not to undermine Democracy, ask Justice Green to resign August 21, and hold a special election.
