FORT WORTH, Texas — The Tarrant County Democratic Party has released a 15-second video to help voters prepare for early voting and Election Day.
The fast-moving ad pairs bold date cards, captions and upbeat narration with a clear reminder to vote for Democrats across the ballot. It points viewers to TarrantDemocrats.org for polling locations, wait times, voting hours, sample ballots and candidate information.
“We want every voter to have the dates, trusted resources and encouragement to take part,” said Chair Allison Campolo, Ph.D. “The spot keeps the message simple: make a plan, find your polling place, vote for every Democrat on your ballot and complete your whole ballot,” Campolo added.
The Party is investing tens of thousands of dollars to place the video on streaming television and online video services. These services let people watch shows and other programs through internet-connected televisions, streaming apps, phones and tablets. The video advertising is part of a larger coordinated campaign that includes digital outreach, direct voter contact and community organizing.
